The Mills Fire Department is accepting bids for the purchase and installation of a Vehicle Exhaust Removal System at its fire station located at 300 Lakeview Drive, Mills, WY 82604. All bids shall be submitted on bid forms prepared and provided by the City of Mills. Bid forms and bid specifications (the bid packet) are on file and may be obtained free of charge from the clerk’s office @ City Hall 704 4th Street Mills, WY. 82644 or on the City Website www.millswy.gov . Sealed bids must be received at

City Hall in Mills, 704 4th Street Mills, WY. 82644 on or before November 1, 2022 @ 2:00 pm Mountain Standard Time, at which time all bids in hand will be publicly opened and read. Please write “Vehicle Exhaust Removal System” on the outside envelope and direct to the attention of Christine Trumbull, City Clerk. No bids transmitted by facsimile or email will be accepted or considered.
