Responsibilities

Mills Municipal Court administers the operation of the judicial branch of the City of Mills Government according to ordinances adopted by the City of Mills.

Cases adjudicated in Mills Municipal Court include misdemeanor violations under City Code and those State Statutes which have been incorporated into the City Code, occurring within the jurisdictional limits of the City of Mills.
