The Casper Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) of Casper, Wyoming will accept proposals until 4:00 p.m., Local Time, Friday, March 19, 2021.

Proposals received after the deadline of March 19, 2021will not be considered. Firms qualifying as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise are encouraged to submit a proposal.

This is a qualifications based selection process; cost proposal is to be submitted under separate cover. If cost is included in the project proposal it will not receive consideration.
