MILLS ZIP CODE BILL — THE FINISH LINE IS IN SIGHT!

The Mills ZIP code bill is gaining momentum!

U.S. Senators Joni Ernst, Alex Padilla, Michael Bennet, along with Wyoming’s own Senator John Barrasso introduced S 4505 earlier this month.  Senator Cynthia Lummis is also backing the bill, which designates unique ZIP codes for 75 communities nationwide, including Star Valley Ranch and the City of Mills.

After nearly 10 years of advocacy and persistence, Mills is closer than ever to securing its own ZIP code. This legislation would improve mail delivery, emergency response, business growth, mapping accuracy, and access to essential services for our community.

As we near the finish line, the bill must move through the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee this summer before heading for final approval.

This is the closest we’ve ever been.
