Permit Submittal Requirements

A permit application is required within the City of Mills for certain projects and must be approved prior to the start of the project.  

Permit Application Instructions

  1. Complete the proper permit application. In some cases you may be required to pay at the time the application is submitted, or you may pay once the permit has been approved.
  2. Certain permits require a site plan and/or a zoning certificate to be attached for approval, this can be a case by case requirement. As a general rule, if you are building new or adding onto the outside of a structure the site plan and the zoning certificate will be required.
  3. The approval process may take anywhere from 24-72 hours and must be planned for accordingly.
