Sealed proposals will be received by the CITY of Mills, Wyoming at the Mills CITY Hall 704 Fourth Street Mills, WY 82644 until 10:00 AM on Thursday August 7, 2025 for development of the former Mills Elementary School located at 420 2^nd St. Mills, WY. Specification and Instructions to Bidders are available on the CITY of Mills website at https://www.millswy.gov/rfps or at the Mills CITY Hall. The Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive irregularities.
